We wish to emphasize the value of our Three-Month Quick Check service.
Here’s why - During a recent visit, we found a few issues that had been impacting the client.
- An incorrect memory stick was being used for backups. Training resolved.
- Windows not updating. System tested, fixed, now updating.
- Picture files were too large to be emailed - Training resolved.
If we had performed the Three-Month Quick Check as scheduled, we could have addressed these issues sooner, saving time and much irritation.
