Importance of Our Three-Month Quick Check!

We wish to emphasize the value of our Three-Month Quick Check service.

Here’s why - During a recent visit, we found a few issues that had been impacting the client.

  • An incorrect memory stick was being used for backups. Training resolved.
  • Windows not updating. System tested, fixed, now updating.
  • Picture files were too large to be emailed - Training resolved.

If we had performed the Three-Month Quick Check as scheduled, we could have addressed these issues sooner, saving time and much irritation.

Let’s stick to the Three-Month Quick Check schedule to keep everything running smoothly!

WARNING Scam Phone Calls - Don't Say YES, SURE, OK etc!

It has come to our attention that scam phone calls are circulating, in which the caller tries to get you to say "Yes" during the conversation. If you respond with "Yes," the scammer can record this response and potentially use it as a false agreement to a contract.

To protect yourself, it's advisable to answer the phone with "Hello" or another neutral greeting.

Throughout the conversation, be cautious of what you say—words like "Sure" and "Ok" could also potentially be misused.

This simple precaution can help you avoid the hassle of disputing a fraudulent deal you never actually consented to.

Please stay vigilant and protect yourself from potential scams.
